FW19 Fashion Week Trends You Can Buy Now

Now that Fashion Month has drawn to a close, the fashion world takes a collective sigh…after seeing our favorite designers forecasting new trends that won’t hit stores until Fall 2019, we come back to living in our present reality. There is Spring Cleaning to do at home, and in store we are getting exciting new deliveries in for Spring 2019 – it is finally time to “Buy Now, Wear Now”.  A lot of whats forecasted on the runways from New York to Milan for FW19 is a continuation of trends we are seeing arrive in stores right now. Here are some stand out looks that you can Buy Now, Wear Now, and (won’t regret) Later

Funky Florals

Junya Watanabe, Miu Miu, Givenchy

Yes, florals are nothing groundbreaking, but the newest floral trend we are seeing is funky, psychedelic florals that play off of 70s prints. We love a good throwback moment, and this trend allows us to both look modern and pay homage to the disco days.

Lavender shades have been hot for quite some time now, but this fashion week we saw purple all across the color spectrum – from pastels to deep eggplant. Looks like you won’t be needing to put those lavender frocks in storage any time soon – and it may be time to lean into the purple craze even further.

Animal Print

3.1 Phillip Lim, Anna Sui, R13

Animal print is one of our all time favorite trends – it’s playful, its timeless, and it can be dressed up or down. We were hoping that the trend would still be going strong next season, and not only did that wish come true, but it appears to be getting even bigger. In addition to our beloved leopard, we are seeing tons of zebra and snakeskin across a range of pieces from luxe coats to casual accessories.
